Ski until May 20, 2019 at Sommet Saint-Sauveur

Once again, spring promises to be particularly lively at Les Sommets. A wide range of activities, with or without skis, is offered for the whole family!

Spring also means that animation will be back at the bottom of the slopes: live music, BBQs, and the opening of the T‑Bar 70 terrace. Skiers and non-skiers alike will gather around the pavilion to relax and perfect their tan while having a drink with friends or a picnic with their children. There is live music on the weekends (weather permitting) to entertain customers.

April 6 and 7

A number of events are still to be held at Sommet Saint-Sauveur, including the Moguls Challenge on Saturday, April 6, as well as the Ski Instructor Spring Classic and the Dufour-Lapointe Sisters Camp on Sunday, April 7.

Mikaël Kingsbury, our athlete-ambassador and long-time friend, will be present at the Moguls Challenge to sign autographs for his fans.

Events
April 13 and 14

The following weekend will be held the not-to-be-missed SLUSH CUP (April 13).

In collaboration with Coors Light and Axis, this 4th edition of SLUSH CUP is back in force! It is a banked slalom competition open to all categories of skiers and snowboarders, youth and veterans alike.

FREE skiing for kids

As of April 8, all children aged 12 and under will be able to ski for free at Sommet Saint‑Sauveur. Upon presentation of proof of age, they will obtain a 2019 spring pass.

Closure of satellite resorts

As for the satellite resorts, they will be closing this weekend (March 30 and 31). Skiers can continue the season at Sommet Saint-Sauveur. Many passes offer free access to Saint‑Sauveur for spring skiing.

New event on May 18

"MAY MADNESS"

Why not! It's never been done before; Sommet Saint-Sauveur is innovating again this year and organizing a special evening on May 18. Nearly two months after the end of night skiing in its resorts, and for possibly the last ski weekend of the season, the lights on run 70 will be lit exceptionally and for the last time during the "MAY MADNESS" event. This new event will allow the hard-core ski and snowboard enthusiasts to hurtle down the mountain in the evening in May. And of course, entertainment for our unique outdoor party is sure to be a blast thanks to the participation of guest DJs.

The ATOMIC lift retires

After 35 years

This year, the Easter weekend will mark the end of the Atomic chairlift. After 35 years of loyal service, it will give way to a new 6-seater, heated chairlift. Dismantling will begin on Tuesday, April 23. Clients are thus invited to come for a last ride on the famous lift, which, let us remind you, was one of the first detachable chairlifts in Quebec. For the nostalgic, it will be possible to purchase one of the Atomic lift's chairs for $500.

The spring ski season promises to be long and warm. Snowboarders and skiers will get to enjoy Sommet Saint-Sauveur's "glacier" up until Monday, May 20, 2019.
